Swedish Massage
What is Swedish massage? It's supposed to help the muscles relax the body by
applying pressure and then rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart.
Not like other methods of massage, this was first developed in the 18th century. It is also known as
"classic massage" for the reason that it represents the Western approach to relax those muscles.
